HMR Associates, which stands for Help Me Rhonda!, was established in 2002 by owner, Rhonda Chaikin. The essence and primary focus of HMR Associates is to promulgate and support a spiritual process which Rhonda affectionately refers to as "Coming Home and Bringing the Body Along™", or CHABBA™ for short!

Explaining that CHABBA™ is a spiritual evolutionary journey of the body, heart and soul that all of us will at some point undertake, Rhonda works with 2-leggeds, 4-leggeds and all creatures to assist them with their CHABBA™ journey Home. As such, HMR Associates offers several types of services, with Rhonda wearing a few different professional hats. She is a gifted intuitive for both animals and people, as well as a writer, speaker and consultant.

An Intuitive for 2-Leggeds, 4-Leggeds & ALL Creatures!

Over the years, Rhonda has cultivated her natural gift as an intuitive, using her psychic abilities to aid in her own self-healing and spiritual expansion. She now wishes to extend that gift by helping others with their own spiritual journey Home.

Working with Pure Consciousness and highly evolved spirit guides, as well as her own spiritual knowing, Rhonda offers Intuitive Healing and Support Sessions for both people and animals. She specializes in providing insight, healing and guidance with any issue, be it medical, physical, emotional and/or spiritual; personal or professional.

Rhonda especially enjoys and excels at working with animals. Her innate connection with and tremendous love for the animal kingdom creates an immediate rapport with and trust from the animals she assists.

As an intuitive, Rhonda's primary goal is to honor and support an individual's unique spiritual journey, and to facilitate the integration of that process into daily life. She is committed to maintaining, at all times, the highest level of integrity, respect and intuitive purity for each individual.

As a writer, speaker, and consultant, Rhonda is a champion for the spiritual evolutionary process she calls CHABBA™. Drawing from her own CHABBA™ spiritual journey that started 20 years ago, Rhonda lends her experience, insight and knowledge to encourage and facilitate the spiritual evolutionary journey as it applies to people and animals, and in personal or business settings.

As a seasoned entrepreneur, she also has a talent for bridging the worlds of business, spirituality and intuition, offering tools and guidance for how to successfully integrate a spiritual way of being into everyday life. Rhonda's inner spiritual wisdom and natural gift for communication make it easy for her to bring clarity, understanding, and support for the spiritual evolutionary, or CHABBA™, experience.

Rhonda's network of professionals consists of individuals and businesses whose expertise range from traditional business services to alternative and spiritual healing and support services. Understanding that one person can't "do it all", Rhonda relies upon this network to compliment the services she personally provides.

Rhonda's Background

Rhonda's own spiritual journey began back in 1985 when, after hearing the call of her heart and soul, she embarked upon her own process of "Coming Home and Bringing the Body Along™". It is a personal journey that, of course, continues to this day. It is also a journey that has brought about a profound spiritual re-awakening, inner healing and realization of her true gifts, her inner passion, and her life's dharmic (true) work.

Rhonda's spiritual path exists alongside a professional background that includes over 20 years as an entrepreneur with businesses in computer consulting and training, fundraising, sales and marketing, writing, and petsitting. Her former clients include major corporations, medium and small businesses, local and national non-profit organizations, and a host of fabulous 4-legged (and other) critters!!

I would like to take this opportunity to thank the Beach Boys for a great song and for providing me with such a wonderful namesake for my business. When I was 13 years old I attended my one and only Beach Boys concert. What do you think they sang first - "Help Me Rhonda!". I cried and cried! What fun! So THANK YOU Beach Boys.
